Seagate tells US appeals court FTAIA does not bar US price-fixing claims over hard disk drive components

Seagate asked the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to revive its claims. “[A]t a minimum, the FTAIA ensures that Seagate may recover for at least the substantial portion (33 percent) of its purchases bound for import into the US,” it argued.See attached file. ...
