Nokia, patent owner Wireless Alliance announce settlement days before planned jury trial in Texas federal court

In a filing with the court, the parties said they reached a settlement in principle that resolves “any claims against Defendants resulting from use of Nokia’s cellular infrastructure equipment, including any claims for damages for such infringement, but does not affect Wireless Alliance’s claims against Defendants’ use of cellular infrastructure equipment provided by others.” See document below....
