Nokia signs multi-year patent license agreement with HP

( October 29, 2024, 11:45 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Nokia has signed a multi-year patent license agreement with HP, allowing HP to use Nokia’s video technologies in its devices. Under this agreement, the technology and printing HP will make royalty payments to telecommunications firm Nokia, and all ongoing patent litigation between the two companies has been resolved, including in the US, the UK, the EU, Germany and Brazil. Nokia's chief licensing officer, Arvin Patel, said the agreement recognizes "Nokia’s leadership in video and multimedia technologies and our decades-long investments in R&D.” Statement follows....
