Unicolors' 'Schedule A' case against China-based Amazon seller suffers complete collapse

The disposition of the case by US District Judge Joan B. Gottschall of the Northern District of Illinois — a hotbed of so-called “Schedule A” litigation — is worth noting for Schedule A plaintiffs and defendants alike.A lawsuit by Unicolors which began in April against 65 unidentified defendants — later whittled to just one on grounds of improper joinder — was dismissed outright by a US judge in Illinois last week in what could be a cautionary tale for other plaintiffs....
