Chinese e-commerce platforms Shein, Temu come under regulatory scrutiny in Vietnam

In the past month, the ministry directed its units to warn consumers of potential risks when purchasing from unregistered platforms and to contact Temu's legal team regarding compliance with Vietnamese regulations. The ministry said it may also work with the Ministry of Information and Communications to consider technical blocks if needed.
