Renault sees consumers' car-price cartel class action accepted by Madrid court

The Juzgado de lo Mercantil nº 4 de Madrid will now review arguments by the initiator, consumer organization OCU, which seeks to have the French automaker refund up to 17.5 percent of the price paid by consumers between 2006 and 2013.
