Emma says it already complies with consumer law as UK’s CMA takes court action

The Competition and Markets Authority said Emma failed to act in relation to the use of reference pricing, used by retailers to show if a product was previously sold at a higher price. Emma UK said it is in “in full compliance with consumer law,” and won't settle with the UK antitrust regulator, which is taking the mattress company to court over its online sales practices....
