On day one of a three-day trial in the High Court, Ericsson said Lenovo waited 16 years to seek a license to its cellular patents portfolio and failed to offer a fair, reasonable and nondiscriminatory cross-license.Ericsson acted in bad faith by seeking injunctions against Lenovo in multiple jurisdictions to extract excessive royalty rates for licensing its portfolio of 5G cellular standard-essential patents, or SEPs, Lenovo told a UK court this week....
