KFTC revises enforcement guidelines on unfair-trade practices, invites public feedback

Unfair-trade practices are one of the most frequently enforced areas by the Korea Fair Trade Commission. The revisions reflect recent court rulings and cases involving such practices, as well as input from the business community regarding compliance with foreign regulations such as the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act in the US and the EU's Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
