F-gas ban exemption published in the EU Official Journal

( October 23, 2024, 11:15 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: An exemption allowing the use of F-gas as a refrigerant in specific types of equipment was published in the bloc’s official bulletin today. The EU will ban certain refrigeration equipment containing F-gas as of 2025. This exemption allows certain environmental simulation devices, laboratory spray-drying or freeze-drying equipment, and laboratory centrifuges containing F-gas to be placed on the market until the end of 2028. The regulation will enter into force tomorrow. Text attached. ...
