Colt, Oregon Tool, IIJ get EU approval for data transfers

( August 5, 2021, 13:48 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Colt Group, Oregon Tool and Internet Initiative Japan Group have received the green light from EU privacy regulators to send personal data to countries outside the bloc using so-called binding corporate rules for intra-group transfers. The enforcers' umbrella group — the European Data Protection Board — approved draft decisions by the privacy regulators for Spain, Belgium and the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, which act as the companies' lead authorities for EU data transfers. The documents are attached....
