Future Vinline pays Spanish GDPR fine for privacy policy failings

( August 6, 2021, 13:53 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Future Vinline, the owner of online store www.vinogrado.com, has paid a fine of 6,000 euros imposed by the Spanish data protection authority for lacking a sufficient privacy policy as required under Article 13 of the GDPR. The regulator found that the company website didn't contain information on data collection, didn't have a telephone number, and an e-mail address didn't work. The fine was reduced from an initial 10,000 euros as the company made voluntary payment.The document is attached (in Spanish)....
