Google's legal fight with Epic Games, US states over Android apps slowly takes shape

In a stark example of how much a judge can influence the course of an antitrust lawsuit, Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers pushed ahead to a speedy bench trial in the Apple case, while Judge James Donato at the same California court has proposed a more methodical approach to the Google suit, and is pushing for a jury trial.
