Chinese market regulators to publish penalty decisions within 20 business days

( August 2, 2021, 04:48 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China’s market-supervision departments should publish their penalty decisions against individuals or companies located in the same provinces as them within 20 business days of making the decisions, according to a set of regulations released by State Administration for Market Regulation, which will take effect on Sept. 1. Market regulators should also transfer penalty-related information within 10 business days to their counterparts in the administrative regions where companies or individuals receiving the penalties are registered or domiciled.
