Microsoft says Google's subpoena in US search monopolization case is unreasonably burdensome

( July 29, 2021, 23:26 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Microsoft says a subpoena it received from Google in the case brought against the search giant by the Department of Justice and state attorneys general is unreasonably burdensome, with Google now seeking information from 55 potential custodians. In a court filing in US District Court for the District of Columbia, Microsoft says it has not categorically refused to produce documents, and that Google has not seriously considered or accepted any proposals put forward by Microsoft to help resolve the discovery dispute.
