Microsoft should be ordered by US court to comply with subpoena seeking documents for discovery, Google says

( July 30, 2021, 01:25 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Google asked a US court to order Microsoft to comply with its subpoena obligations, as the two companies are currently at an "impasse" over document production in an ongoing federal search monopolization lawsuit. "It has been three and a half months since Google served a subpoena on Microsoft, and it is now apparent that Microsoft does not intend to perform a reasonable search for documents responsive to Google’s requests," said the filing to the US District Court for the District of Columbia. Google intends to raise the dispute at a hearing tomorrow, it added. "No third party is more central to this litigation than Microsoft. The DOJ and Colorado Complaints refer to it or its products dozens of times," Google said in the filing. See attached document....
