US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit won't rehear en banc appeal against Equifax data breach settlement

"The Petitions for Rehearing En Banc filed by Appellants Shiyang Huang, David R. Watkins, Theodore H. Frank, and John W. Davis are DENIED, no judge in regular active service on the Court having requested that the Court be polled on rehearing en banc," the order says. See document below....
