Google, Facebook urge JPML to centralize US ad tech antitrust suits in California; states, other plaintiffs oppose move

By Michael Acton ( July 29, 2021, 18:02 GMT | Insight) -- Google and Facebook appeared before the US Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation today to make the case for centralizing a slew of antitrust lawsuits over their alleged abuses in the digital advertising market in California federal court — including a major lawsuit filed in Texas by a group of state attorneys general.
