Cause of Action Institute's FOIA suit forces US Commerce Department to release Section 232 uranium report

This FOIA lawsuit was filed by CoA Institute for the release of the 232 report in September 2019, and continues with a “policy or practice” claim, seeking a judicial review of Commerce’s systematic approach of denying access to Section 232 reports, and the failure of the agency to provide the response letter from the US Department of Defense. Statement and document follow below:...
