Italy's CCPL loses court bid to suspend food-packaging cartel fine

In an order dated July 22 and disclosed this week, the General Court rejected the request to put the effect of that decision on hold, while the applicants' main legal challenge against the fine of 9.44 million euros is ongoing.The court order follows.
