US FTC should alter 'progressive' course, Senator Lee tells Chair Khan

( July 27, 2021, 17:21 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Federal Trade Commission should "change course," Senator Mike Lee said in a letter to Chair Lina Khan expressing concerns over recent "progressive" agency actions. Lee took issue with an agency vote to allow a single commissioner to approve the use of compulsory process, a move which he said "diminished the role of minority commissioners." He also complained about the format of the open meetings, which he said allow public input "only after the Commission has voted on the issues at hand." See document below. ...
