Hermès antitrust lawsuit against Mastercard transferred to UK's CAT

( July 27, 2021, 16:38 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Luxury goods maker Hermès' bundled antitrust lawsuit against Mastercard has been transferred to the UK's competition court from the High Court, according to an order from the Competition Appeal Tribunal. The claim was filed in mid-July, according to the High Court in London. The lawsuit is addressed to four Mastercard businesses that are the target of a slew of litigation related to "interchange fees."
