The SEPs are owned by Mitsubishi Electric and Sisvel. The three companies have been litigating cellular SEP-related issues in jurisdictions such as China, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, the UK and the US since 2019. There were further actions at the CNIPA Patent Review Board and the EPO Opposition Division, Sisvel said in a statement.Statement follows....
