Texas investigation of Twitter caused immediate harm, say tech representatives

They said that Twitter should be allowed to seek redress in court even before the civil investigatory demand is enforced because such a retaliatory investigation injures the host even before any enforcement action and it raises concerns by the host that sensitive information about its content moderation policies and decisions will be exposed to the scrutiny of hostile government officials.See document below. ...
