Chinese local court sides with Tesla in personal-information infringement dispute

A local court in the Beiguan district of Anyang city in Central China’s Henan province determined that Tesla and China Market Regulation News, a publication under the supervision of the country’s market regulator, did not infringe the personal information of an individual plaintiff when they disclosed vehicle driving data related to a car accident.
