Google shouldn't be allowed to seek dismissal of Inform's US antitrust claims, Inform says

( May 26, 2023, 23:48 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: In a letter to the federal judge overseeing adtech antitrust litigation against Google in New York, Inform asked US District Judge P. Kevin Castel to deny Google's request to file a motion to dismiss Inform’s antitrust claims against the search giant. "Unlike any of the other cases in this MDL, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals expressly rejected certain of the Defendants’ contentions and has expressly held that Inform adequately pled antitrust injury and has therefore has antitrust standing," Inform told Castel in a letter filed with the court.See attached document....
