Ryanair wants IAG airport slots in Spain and to see Lufthansa cede more slots in Germany, Austria

The low-cost airline also says the European Commission should consider forcing Deutsche Lufthansa to give up slots in Düsseldorf and Vienna when reconsidering its approval for the German airline's 6 billion-euro recapitalization.Ryanair is interested in slot divestments at Madrid and Barcelona airports that are likely to be required if the EU regulator approves IAG's merger with Air Europa, according to its chief executive, who said it was unlikely to be IAG's first choice for a remedy taker....
