SEC Filing: Thermo Fisher - Estimated notification time

( February 16, 2011, 17:41 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Thermo Fisher has disclosed in a US financial filing that on 1 February it submitted  a request to the European Commission seeking to transfer jurisdiction of its acquisition of Dionex to the regulator. The deadline for objections to the request is 25 February. If there are no objections, Thermo Fisher intends to file the merger with the commission as soon as practicable after 1 March.
