Slovak Telekom's dominance abuse fine upheld by supreme court

( July 21, 2021, 10:44 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Slovak Telekom's 17.5 million-euro antitrust fine imposed in 2007 for margin squeeze has been confirmed by the Slovak Court of Justice. The fine was imposed for running a pricing policy on wholesale and retail markets that squeezed out rivals in fixed networks and Internet services.
