Moola fixed prices in Google Ads bidding, New Zealand competition watchdog alleges

In a statement released today, the New Zealand Commerce Commission said it had filed a lawsuit in the High Court in Christchurch, in the country’s South Island, alleging that Moola reached agreements with other consumer-loan providers not to bid on each other’s brand names on Google Ads.
