Consolidated class complaint against Blackbaud released by US court

( April 16, 2021, 20:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A US court in South Carolina today released a redacted consolidated class action complaint from plaintiffs suing cloud software provider Blackbaud over the company's May 2020 ransomware attack. "Blackbaud’s unlawfully deficient data security and utter failure, even now, to honestly address the breach has injured millions of donors, students, and patients, the Plaintiffs and putative class members in this action," asserts the complaint.
