Nvidia-Arm deal report sent to UK government from CMA due to national-security concerns

Oliver Dowden, the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, will make a decision on the transaction, following the government's power to intervene in deals on such grounds. The CMA's report covers both competition and national-security aspects of the proposed deal. Nvidia is purchasing Arm from Japan's SoftBank Group for $40 billion.Statement follows....
