Romanian property owners' association gets GDPR fine over non-cooperation

Pipera 1-2E has been fined 1,481 lei (300 euros) by the Romanian data protection authority, for violating Article 58 of the GDPR. The association didn't cooperate with the watchdog over the information request in a case related to the alleged posting on a WhatsApp group of video-surveillance recordings, which included the complainant, the regulator said.Statement follows in Romanian....
