Indonesia biofuel industry on antitrust regulator's radar for possible violations

KPPU said it received a complaint about alleged violations in the biodiesel sector in March, but that it needs more information and cooperation from the complainants to validate the report. At the same time, the regulator said it has submitted policy recommendations to the president on how to improve competition in the industry, such as by monitoring stocks through an open market information system.
