During a lengthy court hearing today, lawyers for advertiser and consumer plaintiffs told Judge Lucy Koh at the US District Court for the Northern District of California why they believe the allegations in their complaints don’t suffer the same defects around timeliness and market definition as the enforcers’ cases.
