JetBlue studying US court order blocking JV with American Airlines, evaluating next steps

( May 22, 2023, 13:30 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: JetBlue Airways Corporation told investors in a securities filing that it is "disappointed" with a US federal court blocking its joint venture "Northeast Alliance" with American Airlines. "Through the NEA, JetBlue has been able to significantly grow in constrained northeast airports, bringing the airline’s low fares and great service to more routes than would have been possible otherwise," JetBlue said in a statement.
