Malaysian antitrust agency proposes fines for 7 warehouse operators over alleged price fixing

( January 9, 2020, 09:27 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Malaysia's antitrust agency today proposed fines for seven warehouse operators for alleged price fixing. The Malaysia Competition Commission alleged the companies fixed the rates for handling certain types of cargo at two ports in Port Klang. The seven companies are: Regional Synergy, WCS Warehousing, Pioneerpac, Interocean Warehousing Service, Intrexim, SAL Agencies and Prima Warehousing. The agency didn't state the potential fines in its proposed decision notice.
