Glencore shareholders expand bribery-related allegations in amended complaint

( January 7, 2020, 22:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Glencore shareholders, who have sued the Anglo-Swiss mining and commodity trading company for allegedly misrepresenting deals that are under investigation for bribery, said that significantly more information about the bribery and the investigations have arisen since they filed their class action in July 2018.
