ASUS, Celerity accuse wireless providers of conspiracy in lawsuit newly removed to US federal court

( August 16, 2024, 10:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A tortious interference and unfair competition lawsuit against AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon has been removed to federal court from the 44th Civil District Court in Dallas, Texas, by the wireless providers. In the action, ASUS Technology Licensing and Celerity IP say the defendants, aided by Ericsson, are collectively boycotting Celerity's efforts to secure a license for various 3G/4G/5G-related patents owned by ASUS.  According to the plaintiffs, AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon have engaged in the conspiracy to drive down the market value of the ASUS portfolio.See document below....
