French data protection authority hopes to expand its work to generative AI, chatbots in 2023

The Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés said in a statement today that the AI plan intends to understand the impact on people of AI systems, guide the development of privacy-friendly AI and create tools to audit and control AI systems.
