Foreign state-owned gas companies fall under Australian antitrust remit, competition chief says

In response to questions from members of parliament, Australian Competition & Consumer Commission Chair Gina Cass-Gottlieb said the regulator had competition concerns across the production, supply and retail elements of the industry.
