Australia's Medibank Private sees second class-action lawsuit put on hold at Federal Court

By Laurel Henning ( May 12, 2023, 02:40 GMT | Insight) -- Australian health insurer Medibank Private could see a consolidation of the Federal Court of Australia class actions against it over a 2022 mass-data breach, as the second lawsuit filed to the court is put on hold.
