Roblox needs evidence to compel arbitration of addictive design claims, US judge says

District Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley hinted that a jury trial might be necessary if there are material questions of fact about the purchase of Robux through gift cards.Roblox can't succeed in sending to arbitration allegations that the hugely popular gaming platform uses addictive content to expose children to "unsafe, unregulated, and grotesque virtual experiences,” a federal judge said today, citing a new Ninth Circuit arbitration standard....
