Independent cinema group says court should take in 'critical perspectives' in Paramount consent decree case

( December 19, 2019, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Independent Cinema Alliance, a trade association representing North American independent cinemas, asked a federal court to hear from "critical perspectives" as the US Department of Justice moves to terminate Paramount consent decrees, which have regulated the way certain movie studios distribute films to movie theaters for decades.
