Wilson Wolf patent invalidated in US litigation with Corning over cell-culture technology

A judge in Minnesota said “it would be in the best interests of the parties to attempt a global resolution of their disputes.”Corning and Wilson Wolf are being urged to settle their fight over Corning’s “HYPERStack” product....
