Lithuanian software-development cartelists face tougher penalties

Judges partially sided with the antitrust watchdog, which challenged a Vilnius court ruling that was deemed too lenient. But the Supreme Administrative Court stayed below the watchdog's envisaged sanctions.Statement follows....
