U.S. District Court: Northern District of Georgia - Federal Trade Commission v. Watson Pharmaceuticals et al [appellant reply brief]

The FTC argues that the district court and defendants have misinterpreted the precedents on which they rely, and that the likelihood that a patent-holder will succeed in an infringement suit is relevant to the analysis. The agency also argues that if the precedents are construed as the defendants suggest, the court should reevaluate the decisions in those cases en banc.See brief below....
