UTC, two individuals in Petrobras cartel case violated terms of settlement, CADE says

( February 4, 2021, 14:12 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Construction firm UTC Engenharia and individuals linked to it, Antônio Carlos D'Agosto Miranda and Ricardo Ribeiro Pessoa, failed to pay the fines required by a settlement with Brazil's Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, and could face further sanctions, the agency said.
