Harbin urban management bureau ends anticompetitive practice after probe by Chinese market regulator

The urban management bureau’s practice restricted other qualified suppliers from competing in the bike-sharing market and deprived consumers of their autonomy in choosing suppliers, the Heilongjiang market regulator said in a statement. The bureau has ended its anticompetitive practice and submitted a report to the Heilongjiang market regulator on its rectifications.
