China unveils draft regulations for handling foreign-related IP disputes

The regulations, drafted by the Ministry of Justice, are aimed at safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese citizens and businesses and promoting a high-level of openness to the international community. According to the draft regulations, China’s IP regulatory authorities should offer strategic guidance and assistance to Chinese individuals and entities involved in foreign-related IP disputes.
